Train in fully air-conditioned and spacious facility 
 
Exercise in a quiet, relaxing, professional atmosphere 
 
Separate cardio room with 2 treadmills, steppers, recumbent bike, 2 ellipticals and 32" HDTV and all the Curves equipment 
 
Fully equipped 2000 square foot weight room with over 4000lbs in free weights and now with Precore, Hammer Strength, Quantum, Atlantis and Apex equipment 
 
3 showers in each of the change rooms 
 
We also carry a full line of sports supplements 
 
Friendly courteous staff
