| Information |  Abs-O-lute Health Club is a locally owned and operated club committed to improving your health and fitness. Some features/services include: ~State of the art Precor strength machines, including free weights, a Nautilus circuit and Precor cardio machines all equipped with cardio theater for your viewing pleasure. ~A group cycling room is located at the front of the facility with Schwinn and Star Trac cycles for group cycling with many class times to choose from. ~A group fitness room with daily and evening classes included in membership is available to all members. Specialty classes are an extra fee and non members may also take part in our Yoga classes. Karate is also offered as a specialty class. ~Day lockers, change areas and showers are provided for members. ~Available to our members we have a diverse pool of certified personal trainers to help you surmount your fitness goals and challenges.
