| Information |  Welcome to Young's Uechi-Ryu Karate and Fitness where we teach traditional Uechi-Ryu Karate and Cardio Kickboxing classes. We offer three different levels of children's Karate classes and adult Karate classes. Cardio Kickboxing is a class offered to men and women and minimum age requirement is 14. This is a total body workout and burns up to 800 calories per session. Through out the year we also periodically offer Fitness Boot Camps and other specialized classes. We have a relaxed atmosphere at our Dojo which is very inviting, our workouts are guaranteed to leave you feeling fulfilled, empowered and excited. Our qualified instructors are very passionate about what they teach and are eager to see everyone achieve their goals and expectations. You will not be disappointed!!!
