Trail Rating moderate due to some steep sections
Information This is part of the Cobequid Trail, an 18 km network of trails in the central Colchester area. Meandering along Farnham Brook, this trail was constructed in 2014 by the Municipality of Colchester and Village of Bible Hill with support from landowners. Follow this trail along Farnham Brook, through floodplains with ferns and through upland forest with mature spruce and hemlock. This environment is a good place to see wildlife such as red squirrels, white-tailed deer and song birds, including chickadees. Farnham Brook is a tributary of the Salmon River which flows into Cobequid Bay. You can see the river and the bay along other parts of the Cobequid Trail. 
 
Length: 3.2 km linear 
Permitted uses: walking, cycling, dogs on leash. No motorized vehicles.  
Trail surface: crushed gravel, wooden bridges  
Trail rating: moderate due to some steep sections
