| Information | The purpose of the club is to spread the joy of duathlon and triathlon to others in order to promote a healthier lifestyle and friendship. Our primary goals are: 1.To organize a competitive team to compete regionally 2.To organize workouts and clinics for the purpose of bringing together athletes from around the region 3.To educate athletes on how to better prepare themselves for intense physical activity through proper nutrition and training 4.To give back to the triathlon community by volunteering at local races” |
