| Information | The Sport & Wellness Centre at the Nova Scotia Community College, Truro Campus, provides students with a unique facility. Offering quality educational programs and services related to fitness, wellness, recreation, and sport. We encourage students to learn strategies for healthy and active lifestyles. The primary goal of the Wellness team is to encourage participants to get the most out of life by adopting a healthy lifestyle through active living. NSCC Mindfulness Centre Room 110 Forrester Hall Classes include meditation and yoga Space available for rent to the public Use the gymnasium and weight room all FREE for Truro Campus Students with your ID. FREE personalized fitness program- ask for details! |
