Information Built in 1988 during renovations to the hall, the museum houses fire fighting memorabilia and showcases the rich history of the Kentville Fire Department.  
 
Artifacts include: 
 
- Hose wagons and nozzles 
- Photos of special events, past chiefs, veteran members and Fire Prevention Queens 
- Antique fire extinguishers 
- Vintage Bingo machine 
- Various trophies 
- Fire horns and oxygen tanks 
- Scrapbooks featuring highlights of the station from 1940 - 1970 
- Water tanks 
- The original cornerstone of the fire hall site 
 
The Kentville Volunteer Fire Department Museum reveals the history of a fire department which has been the pride of the town since it’s inception.
