Information Group Classes:  
 
Tunes For Toddlers (18 mos. to 2 yrs. with parent/caretaker)  
A 30 min. a week non-sequential program introducing music to young children. Toddlers and parents experience music through singing, playing early childhood rhythm instruments, listening, creative movement, circle songs, seasonal songs and rhymes, imitation and imagination activities. This program provides an opportunity for parent and toddler to experience and enjoy music while enhancing a child’s motor skill, aural development and interaction skills. 
Three different terms offered in September, January and late March. 
 
Musical Notepals I (ages 3)  
This 45 min. a week, non-sequential program introduces children to music through 
singing, chanting, beat keeping activities, listening, creative movement, seasonal songs, rhythmic games and rhythm instruments. These activities spark an interest in music while enhancing a child's motor skill and aural development, encouraging group participation, cooperation, and self-expression.  
Three different terms offered in September, January and late March. 
 
Musical Notepals II (ages 4) 
This 45 min. a week, sequential program furthers a child’s musical development by expanding on Musical Notepals level one skills and concepts as well as the introduction of keyboard skills, staff & rhythmic notation and reading music.  
Three terms are offered in September, January and late March. Due to the sequential format of this program, participants can only start in the September session. 
 
Keyboard Pals (ages 5 and 6) 
This 45 min. a week, weekly program includes keyboard skills, staff and rhythmic notation, reading and writing music as well as singing and rhythmic activities. This provides an excellent opportunity to identify a beginner’s interest and ability before committing to further piano instruction. Keyboard or piano required at home. 
Participants can only start in September. This program runs weekly from September to early June. 
 
Private 30, 45 and 60 minute lessons are also available for piano, woodwinds, brass and theory.
