| Information | Come join the Healthy Strikes Walking Club! It’s a great way to get active, keep motivated and meet others this winter! Keep track of all your daily steps, whether you walk outdoors, indoors or hustle on a treadmill. All your steps can count, even when you are house cleaning or at work! We will keep track of your progress on a chart that will be posted upstairs at the HB Studios Sports Centre. Let’s see how far our walking takes us! There is no cost to join the club, but when walking at HBSSC there is an admission fee of $2 per day, or purchase a 30 day pass for $20 for track use. Heart & Stroke Walkabout - You will have an opportunity to learn about and register with the “Walkabout” Program, an exciting way to discover walking routes and keep track of your pedometer steps online.
