Description & Services
Information The South Shore Paddlers Association is a group of recreational paddlers based on the south shore of Nova Scotia. We meet three times a year in February, April and November to plan paddling and social events for members and others to participate in.
Our members are both Canoeists and Kayakers. Paddling events range from evening paddles, day paddles, weekend overnight paddles and up to week long wilderness trips.
Social events usually consist of a summer BBQ, a Christmas party and a winter coasting party.
Recent favourites include a three-day trip down the Restigouche River.
Note: The Association does not own any facilities or equipment. Those participating in events must be self-sufficient with respect to equipment.
