Information Hips & Knees Exercise Program 
 
Available at our Queens and Lunenburg County Sites  
 
Led by a local physiotherapist, this program is designed to provide strengthening exercise with a focus on hips and knees.  
 
Participants are encouraged to choose their level of participation and exertion.
