Available at our Queens and Lunenburg County Sites  
 
Designed for the young at heart promoting both physical health and well-being.  
 
Regular exercise improves heart efficiency, decreases blood pressure and increases mobility and flexibility.  
 
This program also provides an opportunity to meet new friends and socialize.
