| Information |   Looking for a fun way to get your child moving? Look no further than the Doctors Nova Scotia Youth Run which hosted more than 4000 youth in 2016. The event is a great way to reinforce the importance of physical activity and allows youth to see first hand how fun it is to participate in large scale fitness events. The Youth Run has become a family affair, attracting runners 15 years of age and younger of all fitness levels who come out and Giv’er on the streets of Halifax on the May long weekend every year. Participants can choose between two unique distances, 2KM or 4KM, which showcase some of the finest sights in Halifax including Citadel Hill and the Halifax Commons.
