| Information | Yoga Classes A safe, sacred space to invite integration of body, mind & spirit. Explore yoga postures, breath and your own unique vibration. Allow the physical aspects of yoga to be your gateway to life force awakening in the body. All-levels welcome. Through gentle cues and fully alive presence, I work to create a safe space for people of all levels & abilities to follow breath into body, to honour each moment as it unfolds. We work to see yoga within a WEL-Systems® context as a journey of awareness that has the potential to reach far beyond physical postures, leading each into their own unique expression of an authentically abundant life. Art Workshops I offer workshops in the schools of Pictou and Colchester County, NS through PAINTS (Professional Artists in the Schools). PAINTS is a program that helps schools throughout Nova Scotia to bring professional artists into their classrooms. Artists are members of both Visual Arts Nova Scotia (VANS) and the Nova Scotia Designer Crafts Council (NSDCC).  |
