Information This system is a network of singletrack trails for mountain biking, trail running, hiking and snowshoeing in the Watershed between Spryfield and Herring Cove. There are currently about 12 km of trails open to the public. MRWA is building the final portion of a 10-km through-trail from Spryfield to Herring Cove, expected to open before the end of 2019. 
 
Explore the beautiful and varied landscapes of the McIntosh Run Watershed, from the open granite whalebacks near Spryfield, to the lush forests near Herring Cove. Prepare for your adventure by installing TrailForks on your smartphone which has up-to-date trail maps and conditions, and facilitates navigation on the trails.
