|Information||This Trail begins on woodland managed by Barrett Lumber. The woodland portion is within the boundaries of Blue Mountain-Birch Cove Lakes Wilderness Area. Hikers will be challenged by the steady climb from the North base of Blue Mountain Hill to the summit. At the summit you will find a memorial cache of stones and an unlimited view from the highest point in Halifax Regional Municipality.
