| Information | Pictou County has produced more outstanding athletes, per capita, than any other area of Nova Scotia. In fact, to date, more than one hundred worthy local athletes have been inducted into the Pictou County Sports Heritage Hall of Fame. Medals and cups, track suits and photos, highlight over a century of sports ranging from hockey and baseball to boxing, curling, athletics, and basketball. The museum even provides a lounge to sit and browse through a collection of books, programs, and sporting magazines.  |
