| Information |  One of the most beautiful 9-hole golf courses in Nova Scotia is found along the Glooscap Trail in the Cambridge golf community. This gem of a Hants County golf course is Minas View Golf Links. Minas View is certain to challenge any golfer as they play above, beside and over the scenic basin. In fact, some even say the greatest challenge is concentrating while faced with these spectacular views of the Minas Basin, spanning from Blomidon to Five Islands. On these grounds guests will experience the backdrop of the twice-daily rise and fall of the world's highest tides. It is truly breathtaking. All of the holes at Minas View Golf Links are a joy to play. However, the signature at this course is the 8th hole -- "Ball Hollow." This hole challenges players with a 146-yard on-the-green shot over the Basin, or a 80-foot drop straight down. Players must answer this tough question, play it safe and take the fairway around the bend or go all or nothing and try to capture the glory? The course layout is a par 31, featuring four par 4s and five par 3s. The holes alternate the par challenges until seven and eight which are back to back par 3s. It's a great variety. |
