Information Zumba Kids classes are rockin', high-energy dance parties packed with kid-friendly routines. We break down steps, add games, activities and cultural exploration elements into the class structure. Helps develop a healthy lifestyle and incorporate fitness as a natural part of children’s lives. Classes incorporate key childhood development elements such as leadership, respect, team work, confidence, self-esteem, memory, creativity, coordination, balance, cultural awareness. 
 
Dates & Times: Wednesdays from 6:30-7:15 (age groups change depending on the session) 
 
Cost: $30 for 6 week session 
 
Sessions are broken down into school grades - P-1, Gr. 2-3 & Gr. 4-6
Eligibility Ages: 5 year(s) - 13 year(s)
