| Information | The Women's Centre offers a variety of services including: Individual supportive counseling. Programming based on the needs and wants of women. Going to appointments with you (lawyer, doctor, court, Community Services, etc). Work on Community Development issues such as youth homelessness, food security, women and tobacco, sexual violence, women's and youth access to community based health services, and youth and illicit drugs. Assistance filling out applications, resumes, or government forms We strive to be as accessible, reaching women and girls throughout the Tri-Counties by; offering programs and services, satellite offices, a toll free number and a primary location in Yarmouth. By providing the tools to intervene in a crisis women and girls face, we are able to relieve poverty and barriers in their lives and assist them in moving forward in achieving their educational, work, and life goals.
