| Information | Building community in a beautiful place. Check out our Facebook page for upcoming events! Playground, volleyball net, swing set, horse shoes, fire pit, and meeting space.  Hall rentals available. Rates are the same for one or both floors. For social, commercial and fund raising uses: $25/hr, $50half-day (up to 4/hrs), $85/day. For educational, personal development uses which are open to Broad Cove residents (limit two hours). $3 per person (with a minimum of 6 participants $18) to a maximum of $35. There is a $25 dollar surcharge for events during which alcohol is served. No smoking allowed on the premises, occupancy numbers are not to exceed limits assigned by the Fire Marshal's Office (contact for occupancy limits). |
