| Information | We are a non-profit weight loss group with branches throughout Nova Scotia. Mission To assist and support members as they strive to achieve or maintain a healthy lifestyle. Our goal in starting up this organization is to have real relationships with members, to let them know that we care and that we are all going through the same struggle together. We give group support not only on the night of our meetings but throughout the week as well. You will always be able to reach another member through phone, email or website forum anytime you feel you are struggling.  |
