We have a huge variety of state of the art equipment that is aimed at a total body workout. From treadmills, elliptical to a large amount of multi-use strength machines. We also have a 2,100 sqft multi-purpose room that is used for aerobic activities such as dance, yoga, senior fitness, Tae kwon do, etc. I guess you could say everything you need!
