| Information |   Port Williams Elementary School is a rural school with a population of 250 students in grades primary to five. It is located near Wolfville, Nova Scotia, home of Acadia University, and not far from Grand Pre. The school was built in 1966, and was extended to include a gymnasium, modern music room, library and additional classrooms in 1984. Each classroom and the library are connected to the internet. In 1996 Today's Parent featured PWES as one of five great Canadian schools.  |
