| Information |  Our Fire Department has 70 firefighters and eight pieces of equipment serving a rural area of 100 square kilometers and approximately 8000 residents. Our 100 percent volunteer operation is unique, having a President and Executive to handle the daily financial affairs, while the Chief and two Deputies are responsible for the emergency side of things, while working very closely together.
