| Information | The Mabou & District Fitness Club is very well equipped, we offer an elliptical trainer, rowing machine, treadmills, weights, bikes ab trainers, etc.. The Fitness Club is equipped with a TV and there are several instructional DVD's on hand as well. We have in the past offered yoga classes as well as instructed fitness sessions. |
