| Information |  Fundy YMCA helps build strong kids, strong families, strong communities! We are dedicated to the growth of mind, body and spirit of all the people in our community! The Fundy YMCA features: - Fitness Centre that includes strength and cardio equipment (Precor and Cybex), elliptical trainers, treadmills, arc trainers, rower, upright and recumbent bikes, strength training equipment, plus a free weight and stretching area. - 2 Fitness Studios with stability balls, free weights, steps, tubing, balance balls, Schwinn cycle bikes and more. - Community Studio used for Children's Programs, Child Minding, Birthday Party Rentals and Community Workshops. - Spacious locker rooms with shower facilities. - Aquatics area that includes Pool and Tot Pool - Spa Room that includes spa pool, dry sauna, shower facilities and wheelchair accessible washroom. - Walking & Running Track that offers a view of the pool and the Annapolis Basin. - Group fitness classes in the studios and poolside, fitness orientations with a Y Wellness Leader, workshops, child minding, after school activities, preschool programs and more!
