| Information | Seniors Fitness Classes SENIORS FITNESS This program is designed primarily for seniors and those who prefer to exercise with ease. Our instructor, Madeline Oxner, leads the class with emphasis on improving muscle tone, flexibility and strength in an atmosphere of fun and friendship.
