| Information | Canoe Kayak Nova Scotia has provided us with funding to run a pool session in the Truro Area. We have Two options for Pool sessions: Self Guided – Practice your skills: $20 Come work on your own skills under the watchful eye of our coaching staff Rolling Coaching – Learn to Roll: $50 The sessions will then work through the rolling progression. The session is designed to develop your overall stability in a sea kayak. We have developed a program that will take you through a progression to learn edging, bracing and support strokes. |
