Information | The Debert Military Museum was opened in 1998 to preserve the history of Camp Debert and the significance it played during World War II. Dedicated to the preservation of the history and information pertaining to the Masstown area. Programs: Canada Day in the Park, quilting on Monday afternoons in winter. This museum is located in a barracks hut, and houses a huge collection of WWI, WWII, and Cold War–era military and peacekeeping artifacts, and a Russian photo exhibit. Areas of the museum include a Bunk Room, Army Room, Navy Room, Airforce Room and Chapel Room. |
