Information

We provide four different yoga classes on a weekly basis: Power on Mondays, Beginner on Tuesdays, Core on Wednesdays, and Chakra Flow on Saturdays.

Our studio isn't a place concerned with flash and slickness but a place where we learn to be bold through sound alignment principles and grounded intention. Every BODY is welcome to join us.
