Information Eastern Holistic Yoga is a practice of practical applications based on India's Ancient Yogic Techniques to eliminate many of the problems that confront us. Working with this holistic and spiritual approach leads to improvement in physical and mental health. 
 
Book classes this Fall, starting September 6th in 'Meditative YOGA', Beginner's 'TAI CHI' & 'MEDITATION' at the BAYplex Glace Bay, Spanish River Hall & Howie Centre Fire Hall. 
 
Space is limited, Register early.
