Information Why MoonCoast Yoga?  
We could talk your ear off about what yoga has done for us. We are passionate about health and helping others feel what we have found: Invigoration of the body, mind and spirit. Jump on your mat with us and all three will thank you. Let go of any ideas you already have about yoga and come make it your own! You will take something different and exciting away from each class.  
 
Personalized Yoga Classes:  
We will make your next event unique, awesome, and relaxing with a personalized yoga class! We’ve brewed up a few examples of various classes: 
· a sassy pre-bachelorette party class 
· a baby shower class 
· a pre-wedding morning session for the bridal party 
· a pre/post game stretch for the team 
· a wellness activity for workshops and retreats.  
 
Anything and anywhere goes! We would absolutely love to help you out by personalizing a class/classes to meet your needs. Contact us for more details and pricing information.
Hours Mon & Wed: 7:45pm - 8:45pm 
Who: All levels welcome! That's you too, Beginners!  
How much?: $10 drop in, or $70.00 for a 7 class punch card / 30.00 for a 3 class punch card 
 
*Please bring your own yoga mat. No need to sign up ahead of time, just show up! 
 
Special Events this summer: 
- July 14: Summer Bliss Workout from 9:00am-11:30am at Centennial Park in Berwick 
- August 17: Evening Session at 7:00pm at Centennial Park in Berwick 
- August 19: Community Potluck from 11:00am-1:00pm at Centennial Park in Berwick
