Information The Royal Canadian Air Cadet Program is a non-profit, youth organization for ages 12-18. The aim of the program is to develop in youth the attributes of good citizenship and leadership, promote physical fitness and simulate the interest of youth in the air activities of the Canadian Armed Forces. 875 RCACS has additional optional activities including band, biathlon, marksmanship, drill team and effective speaking. The program is completely FREE of cost to all members.
