| Information | The Port Hawkesbury Antigonish Swim Team (PHAST) is comprised of swimmers, coaches and parent volunteers. Our 90 plus swimmers range in age from 7 to 21 and are supported by 6 coaches. We train out of two pools, the SAERC Pool in Port Hawkesbury and the Oland Centre Pool at StFX in Antigonish. The club is entirely run by volunteers (mostly parents/guardians) of swimmers. New swimmers are welcome at any time during the swim year |
